GoGetter

Concept in development: product planning and feature architecture underway

A proposed student career-development platform that combines opportunity discovery, application tracking, résumé support, personalized skill planning, and structured weekly career missions in one cohesive experience. I have been exploring the concept through design, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted prototyping.

The challenge

Career preparation is scattered across job boards, advice threads, and one-off events, which makes it hard for students to know what to prioritize.

My role

Concept and product design: problem framing, feature planning, and interface exploration. Currently using Lovable and AI-assisted tools to prototype and refine the idea.

Research & requirements

Conversations with students about what actually blocks them: fragmented resources, unclear application strategy, and uncertainty about which skills to build first.

The solution

A planned platform combining opportunity discovery, application tracking, résumé support, personalized skill plans, and structured weekly career missions. Current stage is product concept, feature planning, and interface exploration; nothing has been launched.

Planned features

  • Personalized student onboarding
  • Internship and program discovery
  • Application tracking
  • Résumé-development center
  • Weekly career missions
  • Personalized skill-development plans
  • Notifications and progress tracking
  • Student and administrator dashboards

Technical approach

  • Concept stage, no implementation claimed
  • Explored through AI-assisted prototyping and vibe coding in Lovable
  • Prompt engineering to refine features, layout, and user flow
  • Feature architecture organized around discovery, tracking, skill planning, and weekly cadence
  • Planned student and administrator dashboards

Tools used

  • Lovable
  • AI-assisted design tools
  • Prompt engineering

Business impact

Concept in development, not launched or deployed, and no outcomes to report.

What I learned

Developing the GoGetter concept has shown me that broad career goals become more approachable when they are translated into clear, manageable actions students can take each week.
