About

An interdisciplinary approach to business decisions.

I am a student at Florida State University studying Finance, Management Information Systems, and Real Estate. I am particularly interested in the intersection of investment analysis, real estate, financial decision-making, and business technology.

My professional experience has allowed me to explore several sides of business. In wealth management, I learned how financial professionals evaluate client goals, retirement strategies, risk, and long-term outcomes. In corporate financial operations, I gained exposure to credit, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting. At DecisionHR, I used Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools to improve workflows, organize information, and make operational data more useful to business stakeholders.

These experiences shaped my interest in roles where financial reasoning and technology work together. I am especially interested in commercial real estate, real estate investment, financial analysis, asset management, business intelligence, and technology-enabled business operations.

Professional Experience

Experience across finance, operations, and technology.

Internship experience spanning wealth management, corporate financial operations, business intelligence, process analysis, and workflow automation.

  1. Partnered with business stakeholders to identify reporting and workflow challenges, then developed practical solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools.

    Client Retention and Reporting

Built a Salesforce client-health monitoring system and connected the resulting information to a Power BI leadership dashboard to support proactive account review and client outreach.

    Workflow Automation

Developed embedded Salesforce communication workflows and dynamic templates that reduced manual information retrieval and streamlined new-client communications.

    Business Intelligence

Structured Salesforce reporting data in Power BI using DAX measures, columns, filters, and visualizations to make operational information easier for leadership to interpret.

    AI-Enabled Process Improvement

Used Claude connectors and Lucidchart to organize employee data into a complete organizational chart for approximately 160 employees and presented the project's business application directly to the CEO.

    Detailed contributions
    • Developed "Client Health Check Ups," a Salesforce client-retention system that tracked client health status through automated Flows, surfaced new records on a Lightning page, and notified the assigned client owner when outreach was needed.
    • Connected the client-health data to Power BI and built an interactive dashboard that gave leadership a clearer view of account status, emerging patterns, and accounts that could require attention.
    • Added a separate Salesforce warning Flow based on defined trends in the client data, creating an additional layer of monitoring for supervisors to review.
    • Developed two Salesforce communication Flows, "Welcome Email" and "1st Call Scheduling," for new-client implementation specialists who previously located contact information and prepared each message manually.
    • Created HTML email templates with dynamic Salesforce fields that populated the correct client email address, relevant dates, assigned specialist, and other client-specific information.
    • Embedded both email processes in a Lightning page with a nested selection Flow so specialists could send the appropriate communication without leaving Salesforce.
    • Added Calendly scheduling to the "1st Call Scheduling" email to reduce the time specialists and clients spent corresponding about availability.
    • Developed the "120 Day Benefit Rule Check In" Power Automate workflow using SOQL and Select/union() deduplication to create Salesforce records and generate customized notifications with dynamic content.
    • Used Claude connectors to organize employee information into a complete Lucidchart organizational chart for approximately 160 employees, including profile images and correct role designations, and presented the project to DecisionHR's CEO in a one-on-one meeting.
    • Tested, validated, and documented each solution to support usability and stakeholder adoption.

Real Estate Acquisition Research

In Progress

Business problem
Land-acquisition decisions start long before a purchase: promising properties have to be found, checked against the information available, and organized for review before anyone can decide whether to pursue them.
What I did
Supporting an early-stage family real estate venture focused on land, commercial, and residential acquisition by researching potential acquisition opportunities and helping organize properties for initial review. My involvement has included sourcing prospective deals, reviewing available property information, and developing a better understanding of the early stages of real estate acquisition.

Salesforce Client-Retention System

Completed · DecisionHR

Business problem
Account owners and leadership had no consolidated way to review client health, see which accounts needed attention, or confirm that outreach had happened.
What I did
Designed a client-health monitoring process in Salesforce that records account status, routes attention to the responsible owner, and feeds a Power BI leadership view so account review became a repeatable business routine rather than a manual exercise.

Power BI Operational Dashboard

Completed · DecisionHR

Business problem
Leadership was assembling operational information manually and could not see client-health trends at a glance or be alerted when specific patterns appeared in the data.
What I did
Structured Salesforce reporting data into a Power BI model with DAX measures and columns, organized the visuals around the questions leadership asked most often, and added trend-based warning logic so concerning patterns surfaced without someone hunting for them.

Embedded Client Communication Flows

Completed · DecisionHR

Business problem
New-client implementation specialists prepared welcome and scheduling emails manually, looking up contact details for each message, and scheduling a first call took repeated back-and-forth over availability.
What I did
Standardized new-client communication inside Salesforce so specialists could send accurate, personalized emails from the record they were already working in, with Calendly added so clients could book a first call directly instead of exchanging availability.

Agentic AI Business Project

Completed · DecisionHR

Business problem
The organization needed an accurate, current organizational chart for approximately 160 employees, which is slow and error-prone to assemble and maintain by hand.
What I did
