A leadership reporting view built at DecisionHR so operational and client-health information could be read at a glance instead of compiled by hand.

Business problem

Leadership needed operational information in a form they could interpret quickly. The client-health data from the retention process had to be visible, along with warnings tied to specific trends in the data.

My role

Connected and modeled the data, designed the dashboard, and built the trend-based warning logic.

Approach

Clarified which decisions the dashboard needed to support, reviewed available Salesforce reporting data for gaps and inconsistent fields, and identified which trends should trigger a warning.

What I built

Connected Salesforce reporting data through the Power BI Salesforce Reports connector, built the model with DAX columns and measures, added trend-based warning logic, and organized visuals and slicers around leadership's recurring questions.
